Warranty Coverage
Quad X (the “Brand”) will cover defects on the products such as: degumming, cracking, blistering, and delaminating.
This Limited Warranty does not cover defects caused by outside forces, including but not limited to, physical impact of rocks or road debris, chemical abuse (e.g. harsh cleansers and solvents), thermal abuse or shock (e.g. excessive heat or cold) or misuse or collision, accidental damage, air-conditioner water drops, fire, hail, flood, surface rust, rail dust, physical damage, paint overspray, etc.
The warranty period of Quad X (the “Brand”) car paint protection film is different according to the specific product series.
Quad X Product Care
Avoid high speed driving within 3 days after installation.
Avoid car washing within a week (7 days), to ensure the best adhesion between the glue and the paint surface.
Avoid using a pressure washer or high-pressure water source near the edges of the film, it can cause the film to lift and/or become damaged.
Avoid scratching and wiping the film surface with hard objects, as scratches and abrasion marks will affect the overall effect of the film.
Any area exposed to acid rain, air-conditioning water, acidity and alkalinity liquor or slight scratches do not covered by the warranty. Please contact us immediately.
Car detailing and maintenance are recommended twice a year.
