Your warranty, by package
The warranty period depends on the specific package, not the service in general. This is a quick reference — the full conditions for each package are in our Warranty Policy.

What keeps a warranty valid — and what voids it
Every package covers genuine product defects: degumming, cracking, blistering, delaminating. None of them cover damage from outside forces — stone chips and road debris, harsh chemical cleaners, extreme heat or cold, collisions and accidents, air-conditioner water drip, fire, hail, flood, surface rust, or paint overspray.
On almost every package, the maintenance schedule in the table above is a warranty condition, not a suggestion. Skipping it is the single most common reason a valid-looking claim gets rejected.
How to look after it
- Avoid high-speed driving for the first 3 days after installation.
- Avoid washing the car for 7 days, so the film bonds properly to the paint.
- Never point a pressure washer at the edges of the film — it can lift and peel.
- Don’t scratch or wipe the film with hard objects or abrasive cloths.
- Book detailing twice a year — this is also what keeps most packages’ warranty active.
- Have Nano Thermal Tint checked every 6 months at the dealership.
Due for your maintenance check?
If it has been close to a year since your last visit — six months for tint — book your maintenance now rather than risk your coverage lapsing. Tip: set a reminder on your phone dated from your install day so this never sneaks up on you.
